So before the call my Top 2 mental fitness challenges were:
Overcoming anxiety (it’s my default mode normally).
over thinking everything
my win. Getting on with life and what needed doing, despite the anxieties....I even managed to run a live yoga class with some folk dialling in week one-update on week two more Challenging thanks to zoom needing updates ☹️
I was looking for a simple hack to keep my chimp happy in his box rather than bouncing around in my head!
my main strategy following the call, is keeping it simple & keeping my feet on the ground. Taking each day as it comes, practicing gratitude and riding the waves.
