Ije Jemie Nwabueze
Ije (pronounced 'E-J') is the Chief Strategy Officer of Dreamcatchers Performance LLC, and a Lean Six Sigma and Agile certified business strategy leader with deep experience driving growth across Fortune 500, fast-scaling, and mission-driven organizations.

Prior to this, Ije managed 8-figure budgets for business transformation and built high performing teams from the ground up at Capital One. With Wall Street training in Credit, Operational and Conduct risk management, Ije is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and one of ~900 Advanced Certified Team Coaches (ACTC) globally.
Chinazom Nwabueze
Chinazom (pronounced 'Chee-Nah-Zuhm') is the Founder and CEO of Dreamcatchers Performance LLC, which works with CHROs, executive teams, and boards of 9-to-10 figure organizations when pressure exposes cracks in execution — most often during conflict, crisis, or high-stakes change.
His role is to support senior leaders when there is little margin for error. In practice, that means:
