Before we embark on our journey together, we expect a commitment from you to put in the work required to catch your dreams. Mental performance coaching entails delving deep into an individual’s personal world, and so openness, honesty and reflection are key to making the partnership work.


Our focus is to take proactive steps to protect your mindset. All of our programs are tailor-made to your specific requirements. We will get to know you, understand the challenges and obstacles you face, and identify the core values that fuel your internal motivations. We will review your performance history, both the good and the bad, to uncover key growth areas for focus. We will also assess your existing mental training to create a benchmark of your current mental skills and, in collaboration with you, plan the way forward.


Our educational packages are aimed at providing an introduction to performance psychology and mental performance coaching. We cover concepts such as:


  • Psychological Skills Training – Goal setting, Self-talk, Visualisation & Relaxation.

  • Performance Profiling -– Understanding what success looks like and identifying key performance traits and criteria.

  • Performance Strategies – Covering 3 stages of performance (pre, during, post).

Based on individual requirements, we can delve deeper into topics around:


  • Performance Appraisal

  • Applying Smarter Thinking

  • Developing Growth Mindset

  • Mindfulness Practice

  • Flow-zone Training

  • Developing Coping Strategies

Each of our sessions involves three stages: preparation, delivery and reflection. We expect you to take the information shared on board and complete agreed actions from the sessions in order to reap the benefits.


Our sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and can be done either face-to-face or remotely via phone or Skype. The goal is to help you understand the conditions you require to tap into your flow zone and consistently achieve peak performance in different environments.

Our workshops are designed to be fun and interactive and a big part of the learning process is to get participants to reflect on their mental skills and take ownership to develop their mental awareness. We leave time for Q&A and provide follow-up opportunities.
