Thriving in the #newnormal - Video chat 6 (A psychologist's perspective)

I was happy to have my good friend, mentor and supervisor Caroline Jannes to chat and share her tips on maintaining mental fitness during the lockdown period. Caroline is a clinical psychologist as well as a sports psychologist. As always I found her perspectives and insights very enlightening.
